LifeShare

LifeShare offers a supported living model that mirrors the concept of a natural family.

LifeShare homes are private residences where a family has volunteered to open their home to a person with an intellectual or developmental disability and provide support to that person in a family setting.

Supported Independent Living

Minimal and individualized support for independent living.

Receive support with independent living responsibilities such as finances, home management, and developing community connections. People may live alone or choose to live with roommates. Each person supported is allocated a specific set of hours per week to help them establish and maintain a high quality of life based on a person-centred model of support.
