SUMMER STUDENTS: MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES
Summer Youth Counsellors (3) | June 23, 2025 to August 29, 2025: These roles will co-facilitate a summer camp program for youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities. This program offers learning and fun alternatives for youth over the summer break as well as a respite opportunity for families. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: curriculum development from provided framework, building relationships with the youth participants and their families, implementation of summer program comprised of nine weekly themes, support to youth participants individually and in small groups.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONAL
We currently have one (1) Direct Support Professional contract available in Community Participation Supports. These services are designed to assist adults with developmental disabilities to create goals, build capacity, connect, and participate inclusively as citizens within their community. The position will provide flexible support with the hours being scheduled to best support people’s goals and interests.
Contract: in-person/community-based, from $27.84/hour, 30 hours/week, projected to start November 2025 and end March 31, 2026.

JOB COACH
We currently have one (1) Job Coach contract available on our EARN team. EARN provides services and support to adults experiencing barriers to employment. This position provides flexible hours of employment support which may include day, evening, and weekend work. Contract: in-person/community-based, from $27.84/hour, full-time, projected to start December 2025 and end February 5, 2027.

ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
The Administrative Assistant is an integral member of the management team. Accountable to the Executive Director, the Administrative Assistant’s responsibilities include: administrative support to a variety of departments, the management team, and the Board of Directors; support processes related to building maintenance, fire safety, health and safety, service databases, agenda preparation and minute taking; and reception duties. This is a part-time 35 hours per week contract expected to begin late April 2025 and end March 31, 2026.

MANAGER OF RESPITE AND PASSPORT SERVICES
The Manager of Respite and Passport Services will oversee the Children’s Respite and Adult Respite programs and Passport brokerage services. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) contract projected to begin June 2023 and end September 27, 2024.
