SUMMER STUDENTS: MULTIPLE OPPORTUNITIES
Summer Youth Counsellors (3) | June 26, 2023 to August 18, 2023: These roles will co-facilitate a summer camp program for youth with intellectual or developmental disabilities. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: curriculum development from provided framework, implementation of summer program comprised of seven weekly themes, support to youth participants individually and in small groups.
Marketing Assistant (1) | June 5, 2023 to July 28, 2023: This role will assist with marketing and advertisement for the EARN (Employment Assistance Resource Network) program. Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: coordination and facilitation of presentations for various groups, creating social media posts, employer outreach, attending job fairs and other community events, and creating plain language documents for clients.

DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
We currently have Direct Support Professional positions available in Children’s Respite, Adult Respite, Supported Independent Living, Community Participation Supports, and relief positions. DSPs will provide safe, caring, and quality support that promotes citizenship, building skill capacity, and inclusive participation in our communities.

CURRENT OPPORTUNITIES
EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
The Executive Assistant is responsible for integral administrative support including acting as the lead on the organization’s communications and marketing, internal IT support and data systems, policy editing, and Board and Executive Director support. This is a full-time (37.5 hours per week) contract expected to begin September 2023 and end January 17, 2025.
MANAGER OF RESPITE AND PASSPORT SERVICES
The Manager of Respite and Passport Services will oversee the Children’s Respite and Adult Respite programs and Passport brokerage services. This is a full-time (40 hours per week) contract projected to begin June 2023 and end September 27, 2024.
